I used to listen to XTRA like crazy back then. Surprised I don't remember Salisbury. I do remember hearing Jim Rome for

the first time on that station when he was a young buck no-name. First time I heard him was walking from the parking lot of Jack Murphy into the stadium for a BYU-SDSU game. I remember thinking how a guy I'd never heard of could sound so supremely overconfident.
