But 90% don't agree that the call was wrong. Far less than 90%
keep insisting on using a camera that was not part of the game broadcast.

What you are really doing, is attempting to convince BYU not to use their own cameras to augment the game experience for those present in the stadium. As one who rarely gets to attend a home game, I have absolutely no problem with that. Of course that big screen will not have near as many entertaining replays and view angles.

The "bad call" whiners are ignoring the problems that using non-official cameras would cause. Why would any visiting team accept that employees of the home team can control replay cameras that are not part of the official broadcast?

If a game broadcaster wants more angles, then they should provide more cameras, adding to the cost of the broadcast, of course. It wouldn't eliminate disputed calls, because you still have angles being blocked by the players & refs. In fact, it is probably a classic case of diminishing returns, and where to draw the line. As it currently exists, both teams are subject to exactly the same set of rules. Those demanding to use the disputed view from an outside camera to complain about a call (while pretending the view is indisputable) is laughable.

Too many CBers seem to have forgotten that this game became very successful during the hundred years prior to instant replay and 2nd guess the refs instant replay review decisions. Indisputable evidence is still just the opinion of the reviewer. If the crucial evidence is outside of the camera view frame, then for review purposes, it DOES NOT EXIST.
