i wasn't at the game but the opposing coach seemed to be gesturing

at the jumbotron as if the in-stadium camera clearly showed the ball hitting the ground. We know the TV angle didn't show it, but if the stadium angle did, and the referee could clearly see it on the jumbotron, he should be able to make the call as he sees it. Bad call.
