Skeptical Optimist Intervention Needed

Disagree - video review shouldn't be a judgement call. It should be black and

white based solely on what the video shows without any interpolation and judgement. If you see the ball hit the ground on the video, then overturn the call. But if you don't, where do you set a standard that says it's enough evidence? That's a judgement call, and not everybody will agree with it.
