Look at your example. Utah. Their offenses have struggled at times, but decent.
And Kyle fired how many OCs in the past 10 years? He sees average or worse and moves on. He at least does something to find different results. Much like Kalani had to do with the OC. We can debate if Kyle is too hasty or just plain bad at hiring an OC.
Either way we can believe that 6 years is plenty of time to prove one can produce above average like the offense does at a P5 level.
Unfortunately it’s going to take longer than 6 years for Tuiaki to prove that he isn’t the best fit for the job. And I’m not convinced it will ever happen. I could be totally wrong though. This is my opinion and I hope I’m wrong. I hope our D destroys teams. This year will be a great sign with this schedule.
