Sitake wouldn’t have gotten hired either. Grimes was a position coach for
decades. Nobody offered him P5 OC.
And, btw, we were not P5.
Tuiaki had more experience by far than our last two DCs - Howell and Hill. Do you even pay attention? Have you even looked at his resume? He sure had more than Doman or Detmer when they became OC.
Tuiaki is an average to above average P5 DC.
U may find the offense takes a big dip in a rebuilding year in 2023 - Big 12 - unless the portal delivers big time.
