It looks like you and I fundamentally disagree.
I think Bronco is a great DC, but I don't think he's a great Head Coach. The program is steadily trending downward. Losing 4 straight to your rival is unacceptable. I'm not necessarily arguing that we should hire a high school or a JC coach. Yes, there are diamonds in the rough. You and I both agree on that. I just don't think we can pursue the current course that we're on indefinitely. Eventually a change will need to be made.
