That is tough... you don't want to give away the farm, but it is hard for them
First, I would offer something bigger than a $15 doordash for Christmas Eve/Christmas Day monitoring
Second, anyone willing to monitor on those two days I would offer an additional day of PTO to be used in 2025 in addition to Holiday Pay
3rd, anyone not on PTO, who doesn't volunteer, I would just schedule them and have them get the $15 DD card
