Sonos can be a bit expensive for Android users so not sure you’ll get a helpful response. Sorry.
I just use Apple Music though and press the SharePlay button and it sends it to whatever Sonos room/group I want. Pretty easy. I would imagine it’s the same on Spotify but who knows
