The thing that set Ty apart was just his processing speed, and his knowledge of the game.
Ty didn't stick around in the NFL for 14 years because of his physical tools.
Given modern training techniques and the evolution of the game, I think Ty would probably still end up as a good college QB if he still had the same head for the game and his processing speed.

Yeah I don't think so. If the same TY Detmer when he was college age played for BYU this year, I think given the change
