We lost the turnover battle for the first time all season (and by the way, turnovers have the single biggest effect on scoring over every other thing in football), we allowed 148.6 rushing yards over our season average, we allowed more points than any other team this year, and as you have said, we didn't play assignment sound when we have done much better in every other game this year. Oh, and people who know what they are talking about, like Kyle Van Noy, are saying we were overconfident and given all of the things that were off that game I'm inclined to agree.

Maybe it's from my military experience, but I would rather have the mindset that you can't overlook anyone and that every encounter is going to be a street fight and you can't waltz into a street fight even if you are better than the other guys/team. I'm simply hoping that we learned our lesson and punch UCF in the mouth in the first quarter and they completely lose it like Kansas State did.
