Prior to Ozempic, my family was trying to eat better...
...We were trying to eat more fruits, veggies, more protein, less soda, less carbs, less eating out, etc. My family is not necessarily overweight per se, but we are probably thicker-boned, if that makes sense. I thought we were all doing a lot better, going to the gym, eating healthy, heading in the right direction. Family dinners had mixed salads, meat/protein, fruit, etc.

Once Ozempic came around, my extended family has all gone back to ultra-processed foods, cold cereals, fast food, sugars, carbs, breads, pastas, candy, soda...all the tasty stuff we ate growing up. Yet everyone is 30 pounds lighter than they were before. And everyone has stopped going to the gym. But also, I've noticed folks have become more sad/depressed, and also more judgemental (i.e, making fun of other fat people now)
