He has the players to play the offense he wants.
Personally, I think Fouss on the second unit is pretty awesome anyway. We run you ragged with 5-out, switchable offense and then at the 10 minute mark, hey-O! Your backup center has to try and stop Fouss from scoring 10 straight. He'll feast on the second units.
Kind of like how Saunders is really, really good off the bench too. Teams don't expect that kind of scoring pressure to be coming at them on the second unit.
