That's a win. I recommend therapy and medication but if you can't/won't
you need to realize that the depression feeds itself. You feel bad, so you stop doing good things. Then you have no good things to make you feel better. SO you gotta push through to do those things. Therapy and medication can help you do that but some people can do it on there own.

Figure out where your thinking errors lie. I'm a catastrophizer. But nothing ever turns out as bad as I think it will. I have to remind myself of that when I start spiraling.
