handful of kids can pitch. There is never going to be 100 percent position sharing. You have to make decisions. And I agree with the advances in age things change. You have to adapt. Sadly, I see too many coaches of ages 8-11 treating it like a high school program. Kids don't want to be left out. Find a spot on the field for them despite their parents inability to make every practice, learn every single play or sign. It's about the kid, not the parent.
