At the start of the season most of my son's coaches handed out a paper with 'Team Expectations' on it..

The first paragraph explained that Youth Tackle football is not like other youth sports, and laid down the expectation that any practices missed would result in less playing time.

One coach even included the links to local flag football leagues if parents couldn't get their kids to practice 🙂
