Also the HSA vs PPO debate is still valid since who wants higher deductibles!?
I agree that HSA > FSA for a number of reasons but place that aside for a second.

HSA has to come with the higher deductible plan. But those plans also have LOWER out of pocket maximum than the PPO plans AND they have lower premiums than the PPO plan. So generally HSA is superior if you have low medical expenses or if you know you're going to max your out of pocket max for the year. Then when you add on HSA's superiority, tax benefits and investment potential, it blows FSA out of the water.

And yes, I have and HSA plan and wish I could donate more to it.
