Med school application essays are paved with a lot of good intentions.
Maybe they’ll have a way to attach some strings but the most effective and cost efficient way is often assisting in the training and increasing resources to those docs already practicing in such areas. I’m sure this isn’t lost on anyone involved with this and I’m sure they’ll do this the best they can.
