The way to beat Utah is with a good power running game. That's half the Big 12

with several top RBs and offensive lines. It neutralizes Utah's blitz heavy, man to man defense.

This isn't the Pac 12 which had more offenses that relied more on speed in space.

Jay Hill wasn't exaggerating about the RBs in the Big 12. They ended up with 3 of the top 6 leading rushers and 6 of the top 20 leading rushers in the nation last season. The Pac 12 had only one in the top 20 and 4 in the top 50.

And if I remember correctly, those 3 top RBs are all back for another season in the new Big 12.
