I don't disagree with the premise of your post, but we actually made significant improvement on that side in the recruiting game. Hill, Puhau, Poppinga, Ena, Gilford all have good reputations as recruiters. We'll also find out a ton about TJ Woods as a recruiter in the coming months. Utah has multiple top rated OL recruits on the board.
If you could fill your offensive staff with recruiters to match the defensive side, you'd be in really good shape.
I'm not apologist for this staff as a whole, but you can see what having the right guys on staff to recruit can make in a short time. Half the guys that committed for 24 would have been a pipe dream for the prior staff on defense.
