Here's the actual link - but I'm glad to have you agree this is a better way to measure things

He does have the SEC-West and B1G-East above the PAC as a whole, but when you average them with the SEC-East or B1G-West, the total conference average falls below that of the PAC.

So his rankings are

PAC
SEC
Big 12
Big 10
ACC
