I think we're already there, but it's not solidified yet

FSU and Clemson moving means that there's still some fine-tuning to be done. Which means other schools could in theory still sneak in at the last moment. I give it less than 5 years until the line is more firmly delineated and XII/ACC teams have even less chance of moving up
