I agree Kalani is a pushover for a boss. An executive coach could help w/ that,
BUT You can’t coach the million other things about KS that make him just perfect for BYU.
This was epitomized for me when he was asked whether the guys should have lied and said that Chase Roberts was the intended receiver in the “accidental” touchdown in the Cincinnati game, and he said, something like: no, I want them to be completely honest. I wouldn’t want them going into conference weekend feeling like they had just told a big lie.
This man is a teacher of men and he understands the true mission.
