But bad/wrong calls are part of the game — that replay shouldn't be toothless

to rein in. Particularly on very costly or game-determinitive plays. Every turnover in question should of course undergo a replay scrutiny. And if it's an obvious bad call it should be overturned regardless of what video replay supplies in way of direct-view evidence of this or that specific criterion (such as the ball hitting the ground).
