Depends on if you define an incorrect call as being bad.

I don’t think you can call it a good call when they get it wrong. So if there is only a good or bad call to choose from then it’s a bad call. But it’s understandable why they missed this one. In real time it was really hard to tell.

Anyway I think most agree the ref was incorrect on their call. Why bother arguing semantics?
