That seems extreme for what was only a few stitches. I mean, if it had been a
major injury or if it got infected, etc. the maybe there would be a case there. But this wasn't that sort of injury.

The family obviously didn’t think it was risk even though they knew it was damaged. They still chose to use the shower.
