I dont think it would show that we are inclusive..
nor have I ever seen any evidence. Inclusive in today's language usually means "you can come here and do whatever you want and we wont 'judge' you for it". Professors are like assistant coaches. Deans of the department are more like the head coach although not as visible. If you can find a dean at BYU that is not LDS I will give a little more belief to the possibility that the BOT would hire a Non LDS Head Football Coach.
