No. You're missing the point.
Even a lot of great college coaches start out at the high school level or coaching JC or at an FCS school. There might be some great football minds that are in the lower ranks. We shouldn't just discount a coach just because he's at a lower level in his career. I've only provided a list of high profile candidates. There might be other great coaches just waiting in the wings that we haven't even heard of yet.
