Large cutting board recommendation for stuff like brisket and prime rib?
I see some really nice ones out there but I don't want to spend a ton. I definitely don't want to spend more than $100 and I would be more comfortable with $50 or less.

Is the large one big enough? Seems like it might be a bit too small.

Hardwood. Love my teak Shumaru cutting board. Very solid and good on knives.

More expensive, I know, but think of it as a beautiful piece of art.

I think for a big board that lasts, they are generally pretty pricey.

The 24x16 bbq board is only $140 - that's a pretty good size and lasts forever

I bought a large piece of butcher block and cut it down into several boards.

Boos is the big name in that space. I have one from Catskill that's great. Go end grain wood for sure if you can.

Cut down a hardwood tree with your chainsaw, then run it through your Alaskan
