Putting in Health and Fitness because sleep is essential for my baby’s health and my health/fitness.
We have an 11 week baby that sleeps great on us but struggles to sleep in the bassinet. He generally gets a good 3-4 hours to start the night in the bassinet. However during the day, it’s basically impossible to get him to sleep in the bassinet.
I know we can control some of this with a solid routine, watching for sleepy cues, having a dark/cool environment, etc. but also that a lot of longer/better sleep will happen as they get older and can produce their own melatonin around 6 months.

(2) At what age did your baby start sleeping well?
