I recently expanded my workout to include physical therapy for some broken parts. But I've gotta optimize my training time. Trimming out stuff that doesn't appear to be doing much, adding other things that might be more effective.
Yeah, also still thinkin' about this line from Elder Christofferson: "I believe it pleases our Creator when we do our best to care for His wonderful gift of a physical body. It would be a mark of rebellion to deface or defile one’s body, or abuse it, or fail to do what one can to pursue a healthy lifestyle."
