For those who have gotten a MBA… worth it? Increase in salary? FT or PT?

I’m currently a mid level manager at Amazon but want to pivot out of operations/ Amazon eventually. It’s a grind and work life balance isnt the best. Been there for 5 years and make decent money. End goal is to get back to Utah (currently live in Georgia). Would it be best to get an MBA at the U part time or a full time at the Y? Or any MBA?

With 5 years at Amazon on your resume - an MBA isn't gonna do that much.

The average salary for BYU/UofU FT MBA is ~$120k

Go to a top 5 program or BYU. Don’t even look at Utah. Their program isn’t very
