I said its a millennial problem, thats not the kids fault, its the era of social media that has been built.
these kids have to deal with pressure that I or anybody before has ever had to deal with... imagine back in the 80's or early 90's when you had to send in VHS tapes just to get a coach to notice you.
now days, the coaches come to you after they see you in a vine video of you doing a flip into the endzone.
you can call it a "Generalization" if you want, but the social media pressure alone, is in fact a millennial issue that these kids have to deal with. Some kids can get through it just fine, others become kings in their own mind because of it.
it's not an insult to the kids, its just an added element in todays game that didn't exist before
