CougarBoard Advertising Restrictions

Please note that because of the audience of this site, all ads need to be screened for appropriateness. We do not allow ads that are not appropriate for our audience, or unduly annoy our users.

The following types of ads are strictly forbidden:

• Alcohol, Tobacco, Gambling, Dating
• Lingerie, Sexual nature or innuendo, Same gender relationships
• Pop-ups, Pop-unders, Pop-overs, Redirects, Auto-expanders, Auto-play audio, or any other type of ad that is considered "annoying"
• Ads that perform the previously listed intrusive actions based on hovering (not clicking)

For ad networks, we have some additional requirements:

• Some means for reporting inappropriate ads to you so that they can be removed quickly
• Real-time reporting on ad performance
• Ability to pass back impressions to our ad server when a minimum CPM is not met, or guarantee of near 100% fill at a certain CPM
