Regarding the suits, you are dead on. I'm constantly

surprised by people in positions of responsibility in the work place who will go buy a crappy fitting and crappy looking suit. Generally speaking, any savvy business leader is also a savvy dresser and they will find it more difficult to believe you if you show up wearing and looking like crap.
