in desperate need of a bathroom one day on my mission in the Philippines. Now to preface this, in the Philippines, your average citizen does not use Toilet Paper, but makes use of a handy bucket of water and "Swishes". So using the bathroom anywhere but home is a major risk. I had to go and the nearest member's home was not a really nice home. But I asked to use their facilities and they obliged. In my desperation, I relieved myself without first making sure that they had TP. When I was finished I found myself not only without TP, but without a bucket of water or the necessary water to pour into the toilet to make it flush. Out came the blue planners. I had two or three weeks of planners with me and they served admirably, but I still had no way to flush and was forced to ask for a bucket and walk to the nearest pump to obtain the necessary water. After this embarrasing experience (for me and the members), I never left home without a spare roll in the backpack.
