of kicking 14 players, mostly d-backs, out of school the year Crowton was fired. I know, this is year five since Crowton left, but we tried to quick fix it with jucos, about half of whom never showed, left early, or again got kicked out. Couple that with the highschool kids we've recruited like Buckner just now starting to get back from missions, and it's easy to see we've had personnel issues the past few years.
We've also had some coaching issues, as Bronco has both been learning the 3-4, and learning how to relinquish coordinator responsibilities. But imo, the potential is there that we're going to start to see more steady and dominant defensive play starting next year. This is the last year of our patchwork defense.
