Allright,
I was on the front row in the north endzone. I was appaled when I heard people booing the Officials. I commented to my friends and wife that booing after a loss makes you look like poor losers, but after a win just makes you look RETARDED. I felt shame. HOWEVER, If I had seen Val Hale and and official arguing or anything along those lines, I would have responded...maybe chearing (for Val), probably booing (for ref). If after the AD gets in his face he comes back out of the tunnel and says anything about me, my school, or my religion, I go ape. If he takes a swing at me, I let him connect. Then go ape again. Hey, if he connects with my face his CAREER is over, I'll heal with time. So, in conclusion, I don't think we should have booed, but it would be difficult to not get into it if the AD and the Officials are encouraging you.
PS: HOW IN HADES (or WHY) were the fans and the officials on the same feild? SHouldn't the fans be in the stands? Maybe that has already been cleared up.
