We bought a vanity through Wayfair. The delivery company scratched our new floor
We tried working with the delivery company, but they pushed back on fixing our floor. We went right to Wayfair and they forced the delivery company to file a claim through insurance. We gathered all of the estimates (ask a professional to give you an estimate). Submit that, then bug the heck out of them. And back it up in writing. We did get a settlement that we were happy with

Suggest you do something like that. Start with the company that sold you the product. They usually don’t want bad PR
