that's their subway. it was great. you can get a card they call the "oyster" card and you can fill it up with a certain dollar amount and then just tap it when you enter and exit the tube and it deducts the correct amount of money.

Yeah everyone does it from the airport. Just use google maps to find the right subway line (tube) and you’re there.
