paulb Intervention Needed
I'm amazed how much barbell squats get my heart rate up. Not doing much,
I haven't been going that long consistently. Some of you are likely high high above what I do, 95 lb, three sets of 12. But my heart rate gets flying on these. In a good way. This is how I feel when I push it on my bike to my top speed. Which again is very slow 😀.
