Disregarded yes. Still have to file a schedule C, 1065, or 1120 S on rental
income and pass the income in a K-1 or on the schedule C to the owner. It makes no difference in how it is taxed.
It is fine to have a rental property on an 1120s if it isn't a significant portion of the income.
