What a mess. The special needs kids need to be protected and the behavioral kid

needs more boundaries. They can’t kick him out for his disability but they can isolate him from others. He could work with an aid one-on-one until he is able to be with others.

It’s a financial burden on the school district but should be done if he is harming others.
