The main thing across most sports imo is that the direct pathway from HS to p4
will be much harder. It’ll be more like play in the minors (g5, d2/3) to get to the majors… unless you’re a freak athlete.

There is already issues with recruiting. Why take a risk on a high school kid when you can sign someone in the portal
