Well she might have a point if fans were from Utah.
I spent a couple weeks in Minnesota and Montana last summer. Never heard anyone honk their horn.
As opposed to the culture in Utah. People here drive with one hand on the wheel and one on the horn.
They are just hoping, on the lookout for a chance to honk their horn for 40 seconds straight. Two different cultures.
So if those fans were passive and BYU fans were from Utah--I can see differences
