Just a hollow metal pipe. If I make the handle longer then the increased length will increase the torque and that is how I've done it in the past.

Freaking oil drain plug won't turn. Made a very easy oil change into an ordeal. Any ideas how to get it off?

That's the worst thing. I did it myself. I only hand tightened it so it should come off easy.

Do you have a way to heat it? You don't normally want hot oil pouring out on you but heat tends to loosen things

It wasn't to start but by the end my socket which fit perfectly no longer does.
