Happened to me a few years ago.
I got sick of trying to get it off myself, so I ordered a new plug online and took it to get the oil changed at an auto shop and asked them to replace the oil plug with the new one I bought.
There may be better ways to get it off at home, but I'm a quitter!

Freaking oil drain plug won't turn. Made a very easy oil change into an ordeal. Any ideas how to get it off?
