We keep saying this, but it's hard to see the benefits. Revenue is up
and has been for the last decade+
What do we have to show for it? The fan experience isn't markedly better (certainly not better relative to other similar programs). Facilities are still a weak point.
Cal is a great example of what not to do, but there are scores of other P4 programs, and many of them took a healthy approach to debt and are in much better situations as a result.
