Two quick questions for anyone.
First, I have thin corneas so I can't get LASIK, so I am likely going to do PRK. I am likely only getting corrected in one eye (see question below). Is there a chance I'll be able to work within a day or two of the surgery? The doctor made it sound like I'd be on too many drugs and in too much pain to do so.
Second, has anyone done a monovision correction? I'm mildly nearsighted in both eyes, and the doctor is recommending fixing just one of my eyes to have perfect distance vision. Seems like there is a trend toward doing this. Curious if anyone has experiences (good or bad) with monovision corrections.
