I could name numerous Trey Lance-like picks by the experts who are paid for their expertise. The “experts” screw up more
than they get it right.
If the likes of Jordan Love is a first round pick — then there is no good argument for why Dart is not.
Name a single quality that Jordan Love had out of Utah state that Dart hasn’t shown at Ole Miss.

I would take Cam Ward over Sanders too, but this is really a two QB draft. Not a whole lot else there. Expect those

I am not sure I would take either QB that high. You might be better off

Maybe, but this last year's crop of rookie QBs has shown quite well.

And Maye was actually pretty good when he played, even though the Pats suck.

I agree. He played well.

I think it's the way it is with rookie QBs because QB salaries are too high.

Is Hunter worth the #1 pick? I don't think so. He was awesome playing both

I think Jaxson Dart is better than all of them

I think that Jaxon Dart will surpirse many when he does his workouts

I mean Mel Kiper (the least knowledgeable draft "expert" of all time) has him as his #3 QB

It'll be really interesting to see what happens. Lots of teams need QBs, but it does seem to be a weak QB class.

Dart is the best QB in the class. He has every quality needed to have long term sustainable success in the NFL.

Of course they get it wrong. Some may be on them and some on the player who doesn't work hard enough.

Jackson Dart doesn't have near the arm talent that Jordan Loves has/had. Love was also incredibly raw coming out

I’d probably go Ward > Dart > Sanders. Running ability being a big part

Sanders is definitely the better athlete of him and Dart, but in terms of running ability I agree

As a success case, I’d say a mix of Darnold & Mayfield. He feels like a reach in

Sanders' player comps have been all over the board. I have seen Joe Burrow, Geno Smith and Tyrod Taylor.

I'd take Dart later, coach him up for a few years, and play him in a few years.

Man I haven't seen this board so in love with a player that isn't a BYU guy in....well ever.

What don't you like about Dart? His biggest drawback is the propensity to take

Dart and Sanders are the exact same height. The arm talent is not similar and strongly favors Sanders.

I think this analysis is spot on. Dart is way more mobile than Goff, but otherwise, it's a fair comp.

I don't mind the Goff and Dart comparison, Dart is the better athlete.

Goff was a better prospect coming out of college than Dart is because of his height and accuracy
